The name says it all - these are letters written to my customers. I do like quite a number of my customers, and without them, I'd be out of a job. Some people, however, I can live without. Or, I could, if I didn't find their antics so amusing. It gets me out of bed in the morning, however early that may be. I'm sure some of you can relate so some of my letters posted here, either from the viewpoint of someone in the retail or food service industry, or from the outside looking in, as a customer who has witnessed experiences such as these. Hopefully, you see as much humor in my life as I do.
